Bid Procedures 

Purchases that are above $25,000 go through a formal bid process as stated in City Code. All bids will be posted online and will be advertised in the Times West Virginian. If vendors would like to be placed on a bid list to be contacted when a bid is being sought for a particular product/service i.e. demolition, construction, equipment, etc., please contact the Purchasing Coordinator, Paula Friend at 304-366-6211 ext 310 or via email at pfriend@fairmontwv.gov.
