Providing customer service is the primary role of the Finance Department. The Finance Department administers Business Licensing, Taxation and City Service Fees and provides information or directs inquiries about the City. The Finance Department also supports all other City departments and performs all budgetary, billing, collecting, and payment functions.


The Finance Department staff is led by Director, Priscilla Hamilton. A support staff of six works attentively to answer inquiries and process customer requests. Staff has an average of eleven years experience working for the City. 


The goal of the Finance Department is to provide excellent customer service to all citizens and customers while performing its supporting roles in the daily operations of the City in a proficient manner to ensure judicious use of resources.
